Xiaomi 14 Civi Panda Limited Edition model has been launched in India. The handset originally debuted in the country last month in Cruise Blue, Matcha Green, and Shadow Black colours. The new special edition model gets three new hues: Hot Pink, Panda White, and Aqua Blue-inspired by the Xiaomi SU7 EV car. We get a similar dual-tone design, with a combination of vegan leather and glass finish. Besides the new colourways, the hardware specification remains unchanged.

Xiaomi 14 Civi Panda specifications
The Xiaomi 14 Civi Panda gets the same 6.55-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 3000 nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on top.
For context, the Realme GT 6 gets a slightly larger 6.78-inch 1.5K display and gets 6,000nits brightness to view HDR content. The screen used is LTPO, which offers a variable refresh rate to preserve the battery.
Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset with Adreno GPU for graphics. This is the same chipset found on the POCO F6, Realme GT 6, and the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra. We get 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 14-based HyperOS custom skin out of the box. We get AI features like AI Subtitles, AI Portrait, AI Image expansion and more.
The Xiaomi 14 Civi Panda has a 50MP Leica Summilux primary camera with OIS, a 50MP Leica telephoto camera with 2x zoom, and a 12MP Leica ultra-wide camera. For comparison, the Realme GT 6 has a 50MP Sony LYT-808 sensor, an 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto camera.
