Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has made multiple appearances on sites like TENAA, 3C, TDRA, and even BIS. The Razr 50 Ultra specifications have also leaked several times suggesting the new foldable is set to arrive soon. Motorola is yet to tease the Razr 50 Ultra but we’ve got another confirmation of its imminent launch through its FCC certification. We’ve spotted the phone on the TUV Rheinland and Dekra websites as well.
Motorola Razr 50 Ultra spotted on FCC, TUV Rheinland
- Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has been spotted on FCC with the model numbers X2451-1 and XT2451-2. This model number is associated with the Razr 50 Ultra as seen on other certifications. The last number in the series could denote the different variants.
- The FCC listing reveals details about the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra’s battery and charging speed. According to the model number (MC681N) of the adapter, this could be a 68.2W charger.
- The same has been listed on the TUV Rheinland website with the maximum power output as 68.2W. Motorola will most likely market this as a 68W charging adapter for the Razr 50 Ultra.
- The FCC and Dekra listings also hint at a 4,000mAh battery for the Razr 50 Ultra. It’s a dual-battery setup of 998mAh (QR10) + 2832mAh (QR30) when combined results 3830mAh. Motorola could market this as 4000mAh at launch, and the same was revealed through its TENAA listing as well.
- The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra will have dual SIM with nano-SIM + eSIM support.

Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.9-inch OLED display with 2640 x 1080 pixels resolution and a 3.6-inch cover display. It could be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The foldable is tipped to feature a 50MP wide-angle camera, a 50MP 2x telephoto lens at the rear, and a 32MP front camera.
In addition to 68W fast charging, the Razr 50 Ultra will come with wireless charging support. More features on the Razr 50 Ultra include AI-powered photo/video capture features and editing tools, and an IPX8 rating for water resistance. On the software front, it will run Android 14 with Hello UI on top.
Colour options for the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra might include Midnight Blue, Spring Green, Hot Pink, and possibly a Peach Fuzz or Orange as well.
