OnePlus Nord CE4 confirmed to come with 100W fast charging, 8GB RAM, and more
OnePlus Nord CE4 is set to launch in India on April 1st and will arrive as a successor to the Nord CE3. The upcoming phone is expected to bring some notable upgrades under the hood, some of which are being confirmed by the brand as we approach the launch event. After revealing the launch date, chipset, and design, OnePlus has now confirmed the phone’s charging support, RAM, and storage details.
OnePlus Nord CE4 fast charging and RAM details
- The OnePlus Nord CE4 is confirmed to feature 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. There will be support for expandable memory for up to 1TB via a microSD card.
- The handset also supports 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging and the adapter could be bundled in the box.
- OnePlus says this will be the fastest-charging Nord phone ever. In comparison, the Nord CE 4 comes with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
- More details about the OnePlus Nord CE4 will be revealed on March 21st.
The OnePlus Nord CE4 is already confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. This is also an upgrade from the Snapdragon 782 on the predecessor. The phone has also appeared on the Geekbench platform and scored 1,135 in single-core and 3,037 in multi-core tests, respectively. The chipset has a maximum clock speed of 2.63GHz.
The OnePlus Nord CE4 runs on Android 14-based OxygenOS out of the box. Besides the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, we believe there could be other storage options as well. The phone will house dual-camera sensors on the back but the sensor details are not yet revealed. We see a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter, flat edges and narrow bezels.
The USB type-C port, SIM slot, speaker vents, and a primary microphone are at the bottom. The OnePlus Nord CE 4 can be seen in Sky Blue and Dark Grey colours.
