Google is tipped to launch its first-ever foldable smartphone, dubbed the Google Pixel Fold, sometime next year. If previous reports are to be believed, the Google Pixel Fold will debut in the first half of 2023. While Google has not officially said anything about the device yet, a new Pixel device, which is believed to be the Google Pixel Fold, has recently been spotted on the Geekbench database website. The Geekbench listing of the alleged Google Pixel Fold reveals its key specifications, including its processor, RAM, and the Android build it will run on. Let’s take a look.

As seen in the Geekbench database listing screenshot above, the Google Pixel Fold (codename Felix) has managed to pull off 1,047 in the single-core test and 3,257 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing reveals that the Google Pixel Fold will be powered by Google’s in-house Tensor G2 processor, which is the same processor that powers the current Pixel 7 lineup of smartphones. The Tensor G2 processor will be paired with at least 12GB of RAM. Lastly, the listing reveals that the Google Pixel Fold will boot Android 13 OS out of the box.

Google Pixel Fold specifications (expected)

The Google Pixel Fold is tipped to feature an 8-inch foldable display with slightly thick bezels wrapping around it. The top bezel is said to make room for a 9.5MP camera. The device will also feature a 6.19-inch cover display with a 9.5MP secondary front camera, as per reports. Lastly, the Google Pixel Fold is expected to be priced around $1,799 or around Rs 1,47,100.
