For those who haven’t kept up with leaks, Samsung Galaxy S21 series is in the active development and is said to comprise of three models: the vanilla Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra. Speculations are rife the flagships may debut in January, which is a good one month ahead of the usual schedule. Now, alleged Samsung Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra live-image has surfaced online, courtesy of Sakitech, showing off the rear design. It reveals the square camera bump with a matte black finish. The Samsung Galaxy S21+ seems to have triple cameras and an LED flash, while the Galaxy S21 Ultra has four sensors, an LED flash and what appears to be laser autofocus, similar to the one found on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Rumours claim the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will have a 108MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide shooter, a telephoto lens with 10x zoom, and another telephoto camera but specific details about the lens are unknown at the moment. On the other hand, the Galaxy S21 Plus is said to come with a 12MP main lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 64MP telephoto shooter. Sources tell the standard Galaxy S21 will have a similar camera configuration as the Galaxy S21 Plus but the dimensions are likely to differ. Despite the live-image showing off the matte black colour option, the source says it may or may not be available at launch.
Finally, the source also says the Samsung Galaxy S21 series may be announced on or around January 14th. Since there’s no way to confirm the legitimacy of the leak at the moment, we suggest you wait for an official announcement from Samsung.
