Mi Watch Lite goes official with 11 workout modes and up to 9 days battery life
Xiaomi has quietly launched Mi Watch Lite globally. The latest wearable from the brand is now listed on the company’s website mi.com. The listing reveals Mi Watch Lite specifications and design, but there is no word on its price and availability details yet. The new Xiaomi watch shares most of its traits with Redmi Watch that was officially announced last month. Mi Watch Lite highlights the same squarish form factor with a 1.4-inch colour display, power button on the right spine, and 5ATM water resistance rating. The wearable comes with up to 9 days of battery life and 11 sports modes, more than the ones available on Redmi Watch.

Mi Watch Lite specifications
The Mi Watch Lite ships with a 1.4-inch TFT colour touchscreen display with 2.5D glass atop. The wearable has as many as 120 watch-faces and emoji support. The watch also employs a PPG sensor that continuously monitors the wearer’s heart rate and notifies them when their heart rate goes above normal levels. The Mi Watch Lite is capable of tracking your sleep as well. On the fitness front, the watch comes pre-loaded with 11 sports modes ranging from outdoor running, indoor running, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, walking, and swimming to free activities.
The wearable also supports breathing training functions. Furthermore, there is a built-in high-precision six-axis sensor with a motion algorithm and GPS/ GLONASS for location tracking. The watch packs a decent 230mAh battery under the hood that is rated to deliver up to 9 days of battery life on a single charge. Other features include 5ATM water resistance rating, music control options, idle alerts, and instant call, apps, and notifications support.
Mi Watch Lite India launch
Xiaomi hasn’t announced the Mi Watch Lite release date in India yet. However, the company has an event planned for Redmi 9 Power launch in India, and maybe it could also launch the wearable alongside. The Mi Watch Lite price in India will most likely be on the affordable side – below Mi Watch Revolve (review), which is currently selling at Rs 9,999.
