Vivo X200 charging details revealed through 3C certification
The Vivo X200 series has been rumoured for the past couple of months. It’s expected to feature two phones including a Pro model. So far, there have been leaks about the Vivo X100’s design, display, and chipset as well. Now, the Vivo X200 has appeared on China’s 3C certification site revealing the phone’s charging details.
Vivo X200 3C certification
- A new Vivo smartphone with the model number V2415A was spotted (via The TechOutlook) on the 3C certification site. This model number is said to be associated with the Vivo X100.
- The 3C certification reveals the phone was tested with a V9082L0A1-CN/ V9082L0E1-CN which supports 90W fast charging. This suggests that the Vivo X100 might come with 90W fast charging support.
- If so, it would be slower than the Vivo X100, which offers 120W fast charging support. However, the Vivo X200 is tipped to come with a 5,500mAh or 5,600mAh battery.
- So the Vivo X200 would pack a bigger battery but slower charging as the X100 has a 5,000mAh battery.
The Vivo X200 is tipped to launch as a small-screen flagship as it could feature a 6.4-inch or 6.5-inch display with a 1.5K resolution. The smartphone, along with the Vivo X200 Pro, could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. It could house a triple-camera setup at the back with a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens.
The Vivo X200 design was also leaked revealing flat edges and a large circular camera module at the back. The Pro model is said to come with curved sides. As for the launch date, there’s still no announcement from Vivo. Since the Vivo X100 series launched in China last November, the X200 series is also expected around the same time this year.
