NVIDIA ACE suite of technologies showcased

NVIDIA showcased its ACE suite of digital human technologies at Gamescom 2024 through the upcoming title Mecha BREAK. The new multiplayer mech game is developed by Amazing Season Games and uses NVIDIA Acer for more realistic characters and more dynamic gameplay.

Further, developer and publisher Perfect World Games is also advancing the ACE engine to better interact with gamers. The Legends tech demo showed the character Yun Ni seeing gamers and identifying people and objects in the real world via the computer’s camera that ChatGPT-4o powers.

NVIDIA collaborates with MediaTek

NVIDIA also announced that it would be partnering with MediaTek to make its G-SYNC technologies more accessible to gamers. The brand announced that the full suite of G-SYNC technologies would be integrated into popular display scalers. This would remove the need for a separate G-SYNC module, thereby streamlining the production process and reducing costs. Further, NVIDIA also introduced G-SYNC Pulsar, which promises four times the effective motion clarity alongside VRR. This technology will be introduced on new monitors like ASUS ROG Swift 360Hz PG27AQNR, Acer Predator XB273U F5 and AOC AGON PRO AG276QSG2.
