The POCO F6 (review) continues to be the best gaming phone in its segment. It starts at Rs 29,999 and is the first smartphone in India to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It has one of the highest AnTuTu scores of 15,09,605 points in the segment, with a 1,930 single-core score, and a 5,017 multi-core score on Geekbench. The phone can handle graphically demanding games like BGMI and Call of Duty with ease.
Before gaming, the phone’s temperature was around 29.6, but after 30 minutes, it rose to 35.1. However, there was an 8 percent battery decrease.

POCO X6 Pro
The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC powers the POCO X6 Pro (review), which comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage and starts at Rs 26,999. It got 12,99,678 points on AnTuTu, 1,239 in single-core and 4,189 in multi-core on Geekbench, respectively. Moreover, the POCO X6 Pro can easily handle BGMI at the maximum graphics and frame rate settings.
After 30 minutes of gaming, the phone’s temperature increased from 30.4 to 36.2, with a 7 percent battery loss.

OnePlus Nord 4
The OnePlus Nord 4 (review) draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC. It retails at a starting price of Rs 29,999 and comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. With this arsenal at its helm, the Nord 4 scored 11,69,622 points on AnTuTu, 1,744 single-core score, and 4,365 multi-core score on Geekbench. It easily handles BGMI at Ultra HDR graphics with Extreme+ frame rate settings.
However, after 30 minutes of gaming, the phone’s temperature increased to 37.2 from 28.4, a considerable temperature difference between before and after gaming. There was a minimal battery drop of 6 percent.

Nothing Phone (2a) Plus
The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus (review) is a beefed-up version of the vanilla Phone (2a), starting at Rs 27,999. At the heart of the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus’ benchmark scores speak for its performance with 7,71,491 points on AnTuTu, 1,121 single-core points, and 2,203 multi-core points on Geekbench. During our testing, the device delivered stutter-free performance while gaming.
The Phone (2a) Plus’ temperature started at 29.4, but after 30 minutes of gaming, it increased to 33.6. Moreover, there was a negligible battery drop of 6 percent.

Motorola Edge 50
The Motorola Edge 50 features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 AE chipset under the hood. The SoC is aided by 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. While we have yet to review the device, we did test its performance and compared it with the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. During our testing, it scored 7,14,295 points on AnTuTu and 1,117 single-core scores with 3,048 multi-core scores on Geekbench. The device also handled BGMI well with HDR graphics and Extreme frame rate settings.
Before gaming, the temperature was around 27 and increased to 35.4 after 30 minutes of gaming. However, we witnessed a concerning 9 percent drop in its battery level, the highest on the list.
