The POCO F6 (review) is the first smartphone in India to feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It has a starting price of Rs 29,999 with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It has one of the highest AnTuTu scores of 15,09,605 and a 1,930 single-core score with a 5,017 multi-core score on Geekbench. Even with some intense multitasking and graphically demanding games like BGMI, Call of Duty, and Real Racing 3, the phone can handle everything thrown at it with ease. 

Before gaming, the phone’s temperature was around 31.2, but after 30 minutes, it went up to 35.1. Still, there was only an 8 percent battery drop. The POCO F6 maintained a decent temperature with a reasonable battery drop.

POCO X6 Pro

The POCO X6 Pro (review) is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC, which is aided by up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. On AnTuTu, it scored 12,99,678 points, and on Geekbench, it scored 1,239 in single-core and 4,189 in multi-core. BGMI is easily handled by the POCO X6 Pro at the highest supported graphics and frame rate settings. Even with vigorous action, there were no hiccups or frame-drop issues when playing back-to-back sessions of the game.

Moreover, after 30 minutes of gaming, the phone’s temperature went from 31 to 34.4, with a battery drop of only 7 percent. Overall, the POCO X6 Pro handled gaming well while maintaining the temperature with a negligible battery drop.

Realme 12 Pro+

The Realme 12 Pro+ (review) draws power from a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. It starts at Rs 29,999 and comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. With this arsenal at its helm, it bagged 6,01,453 points on AnTuTu, 861 single-core score, and 2,601 multi-core score on Geekbench. In daily usage, there were no noticeable program crashes or uncomfortable freezes on the Realme 12 Pro+.

However, after 30 minutes of gaming, the phone’s temperature increased to 35.3 from 29.1 but the battery dropped by only 5 percent. While there is a considerable temperature difference between before and after gaming, there is a minimal battery drop.

The Realme 12 Pro (review) is the younger sibling of the 12 Pro+ making it a more affordable alternative. At the heart of the Realme 12 Pro is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Its benchmark scores speak for its performance with 5,94,028 points on AnTuTu, 861 single-core points, and 2601 multi-core points on Geekbench.

Its gaming test results are pretty interesting, with the temperature starting at 30.3 and increasing to 37 after 30 minutes of gaming. Moreover, it also witnessed a 7 percent drop in its battery level. This may be a bit concerning but its battery level drop is still decent.

Samsung Galaxy F55

The Samsung Galaxy F55 5G (review) features the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset under the hood. The SoC is aided by up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. It scored 5,22,931 points on AnTuTu and 953 single-core scores with 2,391 multi-core scores on Geekbench. Even games like Real Racing 3, Call of Duty, and BGMI are enjoyable on the phone without breaking a sweat. Thus, making the gaming experience nothing but satisfactory.

The phone’s temperature started at 30.8, but after 30 minutes of gaming, it increased to 36.7. However, there was a considerable battery drop of 11 percent. The Samsung Galaxy F55 5G maintained a decent temperature with a reasonable battery drop.
