Samsung Galaxy A55 appears to be gearing up to launch pretty soon and this will arrive as a successor to the Galaxy A54. The handset has made its first appearance on the internet as it received China’s 3C certification. This confirms the model number SM-A5560 and the fast charging details at which the phone juices up when plugged in.

Recent rumours have suggested that the Samsung Galaxy A55 would be the first A-series phone to ship with the Exynos 1480 SoC (S5E8845) with 4 performance cores clocked at 2.75GHz and 4 efficiency cores clocked at 2.05GHz. The chipset could be the first mid-range SoC to use AMD GPU i.e. Xclipse 530 GPU.

Other rumours claim the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G will use a 50MP rear main camera, 12MP ultra-wide and a 32MP front camera, much like the Galaxy A54.
