OPPO A78 4G India launch officially teased, expected to release in early August

OPPO A78 4G India launch is imminent as the company has officially teased the phone’s arrival through its Twitter handle. The device was first launched in Indonesia last month and is now due for launch in India sometime in early August. The OPPO A78 4G packs in a Snapdragon 680 SoC, a 90Hz AMOLED display, Android 13 OS, a 50MP dual camera system, and 67W fast charging support.

OPPO A78 4G India launch details

The OPPO A78 4G has been priced at approximately Rs 19,600 in the Indonesian market. The device is only offered in an 8GB + 256GB model. Speculations suggest that in India, the OPPO A78 4G could be priced somewhere between Rs 18,000 and Rs 20,000. The device has been teased in a shade of Aqua Green but a Mist Black colour option could also be on offer.

RAM and Storage: 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Battery: 5,000mAh with 67W fast charging support.
OS: The handset runs on Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1 skin out of the box.
Cameras: There is a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth lens on the back. There is an 8MP shooter on the front for selfies and video calls.
Dimensions: 160.01 x 73.23 x 7.99 and weighs 180 grams.
Connectivity: Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
