Vivo X90S design officially revealed ahead of launch
After launching the Vivo X90, X90 Pro, and X90 Pro+ in China, the smartphone maker is all set to add Vivo X90S to the Vivo X90 series. The company hasn’t shared any official launch date yet, but we know the smartphone might launch soon. Meanwhile, ahead of that, a company executive has revealed the design of the upcoming Vivo X90S. Take a look at it.
Vivo X90S design officially revealed
- In terms of design, the Vivo X90S shares a resemblance to the recently launched Vivo X90.
- The Vivo X90S will come with a circular camera module that will house triple cameras, a dual-tone dual-LED flash unit, a horizontal strip adorned with the text “Xtreme Imagination,” and the anticipated ZEISS branding.
- The glossy rear panel indicates that the smartphone’s White variant may come equipped with a glass back.
The images were shared by the Vice President and General Manager of Brand and Product Strategy at Vivo China, Jia Jingdong, while discussing the company’s involvement in the Hangzhou Asian Games, according to a report by IT Home.
Vivo X90S launch timeline (expected)
A recent report said the Vivo X90S would likely be unveiled this month in its home country. But the company is yet to come up with the launch date. Also, it is unlikely that the Vivo X90S will be made available to consumers in India.
Vivo X90 vs Vivo X90S upgrades
A recent Weibo post by tipster Bald Panda revealed some key differences between the upcoming Vivo X90S and the X90 smartphones.
- While the X90 is powered by a 3.05GHz MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset and supports Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, the upcoming Vivo X90S will feature an upgraded 3.35GHz MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset and the latest Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.
- Additionally, while the X90 is available in Red, Blue, Black and White colours, leaked information suggests that the Vivo X90S will also be introduced in a new Green colour variant.
