Xiaomi 13 Ultra expected to be launched in three new colour options soon: Report
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi launched the flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra in China last month in three colour variants – White, Black, and Olive Green. However, now a report says that the smartphone will be released in three more colour options, most likely in China.
Recently, Xiaomi’s founder and CEO, Lei Jun, along with the company’s president, Lu Weibing, reached out to users to inquire about their preferred colours for the Xiaomi 13. The could be an indication is that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will soon release new colour options. Take a look at the matter.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra colours
Three new colour-matched wallpapers have been extracted from the Xiaomi 13 Ultra firmware by netizens. The hues of the wallpapers match the colours of Starry Sky Blue, Chixia Orange, and Ginkgo Yellow.
It is highly probable that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will release three limited custom colours soon, as evidenced by Lei Jun’s recent Weibo posts about colour matching and promotion of the Xiaomi 13’s custom colour operation.
The flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra is yet to be released globally, but the company has confirmed that it will be available outside of China, as per a Mydrivers report.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra specifications
Display: Xiaomi 13 Ultra comes with a 6.73-inch 2K AMOLED LTPO display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout, up to 2600nits peak brightness, HDR10+, and curved edges.
Chipset: The flagship smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with Adreno GPU.
Cameras: The Xiaomi 13 Ultra sports a quad rear camera setup, with a 50MP Sony IMX989 primary camera, a 50MP Sony IMX858 ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP super telephoto sensor, and a 50MP telephoto sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 32MP sensor on the front.
Battery: The Xiaomi 13 Ultra packs a 5,000mAh battery with 50W wireless and 90W wired fast charging support.
RAM and storage: The smartphone packs up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage, which cannot be expanded.
Other features: The phone is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, Hi-Res audio certified, Dolby Atmos, an IR blaster, and stereo speakers. It comes with an IP68 rating, making them resistant to water for up to 30 minutes at a maximum depth of 1.5 meters and protected from dust.
