Amazon Prime Video has recently released the highly-anticipated series, Citadel. Made with a staggering budget of more than Rs 1,000 crore, the series tells the story of a spy agency by the name of Citadel. It’s an agency ‘that belongs to no country’. Unfortunately, after one of their own goes rogue, things take a drastic turn. The agents cannot remember their past lives. Citadel promises to be an exciting affair, and here are some of the reasons why you should not miss it.

1. Star cast
For starters, Citadel has the impressive combination of Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra and Game of Thrones star Richard Madden. If the trailers weren’t proof enough, we’re ready to see Chopra show her slick action moves, with a determined Madden by her side. Apart from them, the action-thriller also features Stanley Tucci.
2. Directed by the Russo Brothers
The Russo brothers, of the Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame fame, have helmed the ambitious Citadel. That should be reason enough, especially for Marvel fans. The Russo Brothers have demonstrated their mettle when it comes to crafting intense, action-packed spectacles for fans.

OTT loves the action-thriller genres, and we’re here for it. Citadel revolves around the spy agency, Citadel, which has fallen. The memories of the agents have been erased. As a powerful crime syndicate emerges on the scene, the agents need to remember their past and fight back.
