MIUI 14 features
While MIUI 14 was launched in China in December 2022, the software build was officially launched for international markets at MWC 2023. Much like previous builds, MIUI 14 also comes with a plethora of new and advanced features that make your experience better.
These include a wide range of customisation options for the home screen, such as bigger folders, new wallpapers, tabular icons, refreshed widgets, and more. Then, the UI has been upgraded to get a more card-like appearance that makes it look more organised and sharp. Other features include more subtle ones like optimisations to storage and RAM, which will help in day-to-day usage as well as intensive activities like gaming. The software also comes with the ability to auto-compress unused apps to free up memory.
MIUI 14 also enhances on-device security by processing all data requests on the device itself. There will be no involvement of the server or external devices.
