Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra India launch imminent as device receives BIS
Samsung Galaxy S23 series is the company’s most anticipated flagship lineup that is expected to debut in the first quarter of 2023. Now, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has appeared on the BIS and Thailand’s NBTC certification platforms, as spotted by Mukul Sharma. The latter officially confirms the marketing name of the phone for the first time and also reveals the model number SM-S918B/DS (dual SIM), which is the same as the BIS certification. However, both certifications fail to reveal much else about the phone with regard to specifications.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BIS certification suggests the phone would be launched in India and might not be very long from now. We’re curious to see whether the Indian model would come with a Snapdragon chipset or Exynos SoC.
