Samsung Galaxy Book laptops to launch alongside Galaxy S23 series: Report
Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be the next big announcement from the South Korean giant and is expected to happen on February 1st globally. The company appears to have more than just the Galaxy S23 series to show off at the Unpacked event. According to SamMobile, alongside the Galaxy S23 series, Samsung will also be unveiling a next-generation line of Galaxy Book laptops. Citing sources, the publication claims the Galaxy Books will be high-end models with improved specifications over its predecessors.
However, the report speculates that the new Galaxy Book models could come with Intel’s 13th Gen processors and some models will have dedicated GPUs. These laptops could come with a Super AMOLED display and some of the high-end variants could come with a built-S Pen stylus.

The report doesn’t share much else about the Galaxy Book laptops just yet but since the report sounded pretty confident about Samsung launching laptops at the Unpacked event, we should learn more details in the coming days. This also means that the event will be pretty packed with multiple announcements. Samsung last debuted laptops at the Galaxy Unpacked event back in 2021, where it announced the Galaxy Book, Galaxy Book Pro, and Galaxy Book Pro 360 models.
As for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, the lineup is expected to include three models: the vanilla Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra similar to the Galaxy S22 series. The global models are expected to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC, 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED display, up to 45W fast charging support, Android 13-based OneUI 5.0 custom skin out of the box and up to 200MP primary camera on the back. We should learn more details about the products shortly.
