iQOO 11 series debuted in China on December 8th and included two models: the iQOO 11 and iQOO 11 Pro. These phones succeed the iQOO 10 series and bring some significant upgrades with regard to hardware specifications. The iQOO 11 5G is now set to launch in India on January 10th. This has been officially revealed by the brand. But it seems the pro model will not be tagging along. iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya told 91mobiles in an interview that the iQOO 11 Pro will not launch on January 10th. The phone could arrive at a later date, but there are no concrete plans yet.

The iQOO 11 comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC and a V2 chip as well. The iQOO executive confirmed that it will be the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 phone in India. This suggests that the Xiaomi 13, which is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, will launch in India at a later stage.
