Realme 10 Pro+ marketing name confirmed, appears on certification sites ahead of launch
After the successful launch of the Realme 9 series, which included a handful of models, the company appears to have started working on the Realme 10 lineup. However, the new lineup may not debut until later this year. Realme’s India head, Madhav Sheth already confirmed all the models will have 5G mobile connectivity, in a move to push the latest telecom network. Now, the Realme 10 Pro+ has been spotted on various certifications, including the NBTC, EEC, TKDN, and BIS. The NBTC listing confirms the moniker officially and reveals the model number RMX3686.
Unfortunately, these listings don’t really reveal much about the phones, except for confirming the marketing name and the model number. But since it started appearing on the web, we’re hoping to learn more details about the phone in the coming days.
Realme 10 Pro+ certifications
The Realme 10 Pro+ has appeared on various certification platforms much ahead of the launch. The phone bears the model number RMX3686 and will have 5G network support. The handset will arrive as a successor to the Realme 9 Pro+, which can be considered one of the best camera phones in the segment.
We believe the Realme 10 Pro+ might also get a similar treatment, with top-end features like OIS, a higher-resolution camera, an AMOLED display and more. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the phone yet.
To recall, the Realme 9 Pro+ sports a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate sensor, 1,080 X 2,400 pixels resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 5, 2.5D curved glass, 20:9 aspect ratio, 90.80 percent screen to body ratio, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 430nits brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset paired with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage.
The phone runs on Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 custom skin out of the box. It is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, VC+three layer graphite layer for heat dissipation, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio, dual speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, a heart rate sensor, and X-axis Tactile Engine. There is a 4,500mAh battery with 60W fast charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Moving to optics, the Realme 9 Pro+ has triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary Sony IMX766 sensor with an LED flash, OIS, EIS, 1/1.56″ sensor, 6P lens, PDAF, and f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FoV and f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP Sony IMX471 snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
