Samsung Galaxy Watch5 series India prices revealed: specifications
Samsung has also introduced the Galaxy Watch5 series of smartwatches, including the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 and the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro, in addition to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. The Galaxy Watch4 series is replaced by these new Samsung products. The company did not disclose India pricing at the time of the global launch, but it has now made that information available.
Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Series price in India
The Samsung Galaxy Watch5 price in India starts at Rs 27,999, while the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro starts at Rs 44,999. Samsung will offer the Watch5 in both Bluetooth and LTE options, while the Watch5 Pro comes in a single size. Both the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro pre-bookings start on August 16th, with deliveries starting on August 26th.
Customers Pre-booking the Watch5 series will be eligible to get the Galaxy Buds2 wireless earbuds worth Rs 11,999 at a special price of Rs 2,999. On top of this, Samsung will also offer an instant cashback of Rs 5,000 on Watch5 Pro and Rs 3,000 on Watch5 on all leading bank transactions.

Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 comes in two variants, 40mm and 44mm. The latter model is equipped with a 1.4-inch AMOLED panel with thin bezels, while the smaller model gets a 1.2-inch AMOLED panel. The 40mm Galaxy Watch 5 model packs a 284mAh battery while the 44mm variant ships with a 410mAh battery which is expected to offer a full two days of backup. The smartwatch is powered by the Exynos W920 dual-core 1.18GHz SoC and ships with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
The Galaxy Watch5 Pro on the other hand comes in a single 45mm variant. The watch also comes with a 1.4-inch AMOLED display with slim bezels. Like the Watch5, the Watch5 Pro also packs in 1.5GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage and is powered by the Exynos W920 SoC. The watch packs in a 590mAh battery and supports fast charging, giving a two-day battery life.
In terms of connectivity, the Watch5 series supports Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS, Glonass, Beidoue, and Galileo. These watches run the latest WearOS build with the OneUI 4.1 on top, have a 5ATM water resistance rating, and have IP68 certification. The watch5 series also is compatible with the MIL-STD-810H standard for rugged use.
