Google Pixel 6a is available at a much more affordable price on Amazon compared to what Flipkart is offering, but you shouldn’t get excited. While a Rs 6,500 cheaper price tag may seem a sweet deal to many, it comes with an expensive catch. When Google launched the Pixel 6a in India, it chose Flipkart as its delivery partner. This means that the Pixel 6a selling on Amazon is likely imported. For those who don’t know, imported units don’t fall under warranty in India, and you likely won’t be able to get any help from the company if you face any issue(s) with the device.

Should you buy Google Pixel 6a from Amazon?

Google Pixel 6a (review) came to Indian shores as the first-pixel smartphone after two years of the company skipping an Indian debut of the Pixel 5 and Pixel 6 series. When new to the Indian smartphone market, the Pixel 6a was available at Rs 39,999 after a Rs 4,000 instant discount, significantly higher than the Pixel 4a’s launch price. Currently, you can get your hands on the Pixel 6a at Rs 43,999 via Flipkart (with a one-year brand warranty).
