Nothing Phone (1) camera specs and samples officially revealed ahead of tomorrow’s launch
Nothing will launch its first-ever Android smartphone, dubbed the Nothing Phone (1), on July 12th, 2022. So far, we have received plenty of leaks and rumours surrounding the device, which have given us a working clue as to what to expect from the Nothing Phone (1). Additionally, the brand has left no stone unturned to hype the device, and has constantly been teasing its key specifications, features, and design. Now, right on the verge of the official launch tomorrow, Nothing has showcased a bunch of camera samples taken from the Nothing Phone (1) and has revealed the key camera specifications of the device. Let’s take a look.

As seen in the images above, the Nothing Phone (1) appears to have performed well in varying conditions. The device has managed to click respectable images in different scenarios and lighting conditions, but we would have to wait it out for a while before we give a verdict on the same. It would make complete sense for any brand to showcase only the best camera samples of the log. For now, things appear promising.
Moving on, Nothing has confirmed that the Nothing Phone (1) will feature a dual camera setup with a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX766) wit f/18 aperture, and a 1/1.56″ sensor size. Furthermore, the device will be capable of shooting 10-bit color videos and will feature dual OIS and EIS stabilisation. Additionally, the Nothing Phone (1) is confirmed to have an ultra-wide angle camera with a 114-degree field-of-view. Lastly, the device will have support for night mode and scene detection.

The Nothing Phone (1) is tipped to feature a 6.55-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ processor, which will likely be paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. In terms of software, the Nothing Phone (1) will likely boot Android 12-based Nothing OS out of the box. Coming to the cameras of the device, the Nothing Phone (1) is expected to sport a 50MP main camera and a 16MP selfie shooter. Lastly, the device is expected to feature a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
