Vivo T2 price leaked before June launch, specifications officially confirmed

Vivo T2 5G is set to debut on June 6th in China at 7 PM local time. The phone was originally going to launch on May 23rd, but due to a force majeure event in China, the launch of the Vivo T2 5G was delayed. The key specifications have already been revealed by the JD.com listing of the Vivo T2 5G. Now, the specifications and design of the Vivo T2 have been confirmed by the company. The price of Vivo T2 5G has also been secretly leaked(via) on the product library of China. 

The Vivo T2 5G comes as a successor to Vivo T1, which was launched in India, and we expect the same from the Vivo T2 5G. With that said, let’s take a look at what the Vivo T2 5G has in store for us.

On Twitter – well-known tipster Mukul Sharma tipped the Vivo T2 5G specifications and storage options. The specs leaked by the tipster match perfectly with the JD listing of the Vivo T2 5G.

• Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC
• 8/12GB RAM and 128/256GB storage
• 4,700mAh battery, 80W charging
• 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple rear camera
• 16MP selfie shooter
• Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean

Display: It flaunts a 6.62-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. 

Processor: Vivo T2 5G draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor paired with Adreno 650 GPU.

Storage: It is tipped to come in three storage options – 8GB RAM/128GB storage, 8GB RAM/256GB storage, and 12GB RAM/256GB storage units.

Battery: The T2 5G is said to get its fuel from a 4,7000mAh battery, which is confirmed to support an 80W fast charging technology.

Camera: Vivo T2 5G houses a triple rear camera setup, including a 64MP primary sensor. The other two sensors are tipped to be an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro shooter. A 16MP snapper on the front takes care of selfie needs. 

OS: Vivo T2 will likely boot Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean out of the box.
