Xiaomi is bringing the Redmi Note 11 Pro series along with the Redmi Watch 2 Lite to India on March 9th. The Redmi Note 11 Pro series consists of Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G, unveiled in Europe back in January. Meanwhile, Redmi Watch 2 Lite was launched globally last year, and now it’s coming to India. Now, days before the announcement, a report claims to reveal the expected price range of the Redmi Watch 2 Lite.

A recent MySmartPrice report, citing tipster Mukul Sharma as the source, claims that the upcoming smartwatch from Redmi would be priced aggressively, which is not a surprise considering that’s the brand’s usual MO. More specifically, the report tips that the Redmi Watch 2 Lite price in India will be somewhere in the range of Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,000 in India. This is a pretty vague price range and something that’s not unexpected. After all, the Redmi Watch 2 Lite retails for €69.99 in Europe, which comes to around Rs 5,700 upon currency conversion. If launched for this price, Redmi Watch 2 Lite will compete against Realme Watch S, Realme Watch 2 Pro, and Amazfit Watch GTS 2 Mini.

It features a 1.55-inch TFT touch display with 320×360 pixels resolution. Redmi offers over 100 watch faces for the Watch 2 Lite. For connectivity, you get Bluetooth 5.0 LE. It can work with smartphones running Android 6.0 and above and iOS 10.0 and above.
The watch comes with support for 100+ workout modes and 17 professional sports modes. The Redmi Watch 2 Lite has a heart rate monitor and SpO2 sensor. Further, it has an in-built GPS for outdoor activity tracking. The smartwatch is rated for 5AMP water resistance.
Redmi Watch 2 Lite boasts a 262mAh battery, promised to last up to 10 days. The watch also offers music control, timer, message notifications, DND, call alerts, alarm, and find my phone. The Redmi Watch 2 comes in three colours: Ivory, Black, and Blue.
