Moto Edge X30 with 60MP front camera, 50MP rear camera, 68W fast charging confirmed
The Motorola Moto Edge X30 is scheduled to launch on December 9th in China and it is touted to be the first smartphone with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Previously, Motorola’s official Weibo account also posted a short video clip revealing the Moto Edge X30’s screen specs, which confirms that the smartphone will have a 144Hz refresh rate display with HDR10 certification and 1 billion colors. Now the Lenovo-owned brand has shared a couple of posters of the upcoming smartphone, which confirms key Moto Edge X30 specifications, including the camera and fast charging details.
The Moto Edge X30 specifications include a whopping 60MP front-facing camera. The first poster also reveals that the smartphone will have a pair of 50MP cameras at the back with a 50MP primary camera and a second camera that is expected to offer periscope zoom capabilities.
The second poster shared by the brand shows that the device will be powered by a 5000mAh battery with a 68W fast charging support. So with the above-mentioned specifications, it confirmed that processor and optics are the highlight features of the Moto Edge X30. As mentioned earlier, the Moto Edge X30 is also expected to be the world’s first smartphone to feature the latest Qualcomm chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Along with the flagship processor, the device is expected to be combined with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Previously the smartphone’s TENAA certification revealed that it will have a 6.67-inch OLED FHD+ display. The smartphone is expected to run out of the box with Motorola’s My UX 3.0 OS based on Android 11 or 12. The company has also confirmed that the Edge X30 will be up for sale on 15th December in China.
