POCO M3 Pro 5G global launch date revealed officially
POCO M3 Pro launch date has been officially revealed by the company through a teaser poster. This comes hours after the POCO Global executive Kevin Xiaobo Qiu and Angus Ng have confirmed the existence of the handset. POCO M3 Pro is set to go official on May 19th in global markets and while the promotional image doesn’t reveal much else about the hardware specifications, the phone is said to be a rebrand of the Redmi Note 10 5G. The brand has revealed the POCO M3 Pro will come with a high screen refresh rate and MediaTek chipset.

POCO M3 Pro as a rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G
If the POCO M3 Pro is a rebrand of the Redmi Note 10 5G, here’s are its specifications. The phone sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display with a punch-hole camera, 1100 nits brightness, and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The phone boots Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin on top and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support.
Moving to optics, the Redmi Note 10 5G has triple rear cameras at the back with a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. There is an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. The device is equipped with an IR blaster and Hi-Res audio. Connectivity features include 5G, dual-band 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.
