According to an exclusive report from Techradar, OPPO Reno 6 series India launch will take place in the month of July. That is almost two months from now. The publication says unless there are any supply chain constraints, the timeline for the launch should hold true. Currently, there is no information on which Reno 6-series devices will make it to the Indian shores. However, we expect all three phones to land in the country. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC and is available with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It gets Android 11 with ColorOS 11.3 customization. The phone has a 64MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro cameras at the rear, and a 32MP selfie camera. The phone packs a 4,300mAh battery with 65W charging.
The OPPO Reno 6 Pro sports a 6.55-inch display with AMOLED technology, full-HD+ resolution, and a 90Hz refresh rate. Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone ships with Android 11 and ColorOS 11.3. The device has a 64MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth cameras at the rear and a 32MP camera at the front. It gets a 4,500mAh battery with 65W charging capability.
The OPPO Reno 6 Pro+ comes with a 6.55-inch full-HD+ AMOLED with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. On the software side of things, you get Android 11 with ColorOS 11.3. The phone has a 50MP main camera with 13MP 2x telephoto, 16MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, you get a 32MP shooter. The phone has a 4,500mAh battery with a 65W charging speed.
OPPO Reno 6 series price in India (expected)
OPPO Reno 6 price in China starts from CNY 2,799 (around Rs 31,800) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant. The Reno 6 Pro 8GB/128GB model starts at CNY 3,499 (approx Rs 39,800), while the Reno 6 Pro+ 8GB/128GB starts at CNY 3,999 (approx Rs 45,500). You can expect the Reno 6 series prices in India to be similar, if not cheaper.
