Redmi Note 10 series launched in India at an event yesterday and the company has also introduced the lineup globally. Notably, the global event saw the launch of the Redmi Note 10S and Redmi Note 10 5G, which have not been introduced in India. Now, the Indian variants of both phones have received the BIS certification with the model numbers M2103K9BI and M2103K19PI, suggesting they will eventually launch in India. The listing as spotted by tipster Sudhanshu hints that the Redmi Note 10S and Note 5G may launch under POCO branding in the country. However, the tipster hasn’t revealed in which series the phones will be placed at the moment.

Redmi Note 10S specifications

The Redmi Note 10 sports a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, 20:9 aspect ratio, 1100nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and standard 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC paired with Mali-G76 3EEMC4 GPU, up to 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage that is expandable. The phone runs Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin on top. Connectivity features include 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.

As for cameras, Redmi Note 10 has quad rear cameras at the back with a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a couple of 2MP snappers for macro and depth shots. There is a 13MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, IR blaster, Hi-Res audio, and IP52 rating. A 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support fuels the phone.

It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage that is expandable. The phone boots Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin on top. Connectivity features include 5G, dual-band 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.

As for cameras, Redmi Note 10 5G has triple rear cameras at the back with a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. There is an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, IR blaster, and Hi-Res audio. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
