Moto G Play (2021) renders show off waterdrop notch, dual cameras, and more
Moto G Play (2021) launch is expected to happen in Q1 2021 as the phone has already been spotted on the Google Play Console listing. Now, Moto G Play (2021) renders and key specifications have leaked online courtesy of Nils Ahrensmeier of TechnikNews in association with Voice. The leak comes just days after the Moto G Stylus (2021) renders surfaced on the web. The Moto G Play (2021) is said to have the codename ‘Guam’ and model number XT2093 in the US market. Renders show the smartphone has a familiar design with a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera, a square-shaped rear camera module, and a Moto dimple at the back. However, the leak doesn’t reveal the launch timeline nor does it confirm whether it will release in India.

Moto G Play (2021) design
The Moto G Play (2021) has a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper and slim bezels all around. The volume rocker and power button are on the right spine. The device gets a dual-camera system and an LED flash housed in a square-shaped module at the back. The fingerprint sensor is embedded in the Moto dimple just below the camera system. The phone’s back panel has a gradient blue finish.

As for the Moto G Play (2021) specifications, the smartphone is said to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It is tipped to have a 5MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. On the back, the phone may offer a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens. The Moto G Play (2021) may pack a 5,000mAh battery. The Google Play Console listing revealed the Moto G Play 2021 will have an HD+ (720×1600) display and Android 10 OS. That’s pretty much everything we so far know about the Moto G Play (2021) as of now.
